ChurchHearth

Controlled pilot deployment

Software for church life between Sundays

ChurchHearth helps churches and their members stay connected through events, groups, serve opportunities, care, and church communications—while giving staff straightforward tools to support that rhythm.

Product

One connected experience for church life

Each area works together so leaders can publish once and members can discover, respond, and stay engaged throughout the week.

Events and RSVP

Help members see what is happening this week and respond without chasing separate messages.

Groups and community

Give people a clear sense of belonging within their church, with group-scoped activity that stays connected.

Serve

Publish ways to help and let members sign up for church-wide or group opportunities in one place.

Care and prayer

Receive prayer and practical help requests with tighter privacy than ordinary community content.

Communications

Share announcements and church-specific guidance so members stay informed between Sundays.

For churches

Built for staff and members, together

ChurchHearth gives leaders a clear admin experience while members receive one connected weekly experience in the app.

  • Configure your church and manage people in the admin console.
  • Publish events, groups, serve opportunities, and announcements.
  • Support care workflows with permissions that match pastoral sensitivity.
  • See member responses without juggling disconnected spreadsheets and messages.

  • RSVP to events, join groups, and sign up to serve.
  • Stay informed with church communications and curated guidance.
  • Reach out for prayer or practical help within your church relationship.

How it fits into the week

From publishing to participation

A simple rhythm for how churches share information and members respond throughout the week.

  1. Step 1

    Staff publish

Leaders add events, announcements, serve needs, and group updates for their church.

  2. Step 2

    Members discover

People open the member app to see what matters this week in one connected view.

  3. Step 3

    Members respond

RSVP, sign up to serve, connect with a group, or reach out for care when needed.

  4. Step 4

    The church stays coordinated

Staff see responses and activity in the admin console without juggling disconnected tools.

Trust

Designed for church boundaries and sensitive care

ChurchHearth is built so each congregation’s information stays separate, access is enforced carefully, and email stays transactional during the pilot.

  • Church-separated data

Each church has its own protected space. People, events, groups, care requests, and communications belong to one church—not shared across congregations.

  • Server-side authorization

Access is checked on the server for every record, not only in the app interface.

  • Sensitive care permissions

Prayer and pastoral care information uses tighter permissions than ordinary community content.

  • Transactional email only

During the pilot, email is limited to operational messages tied to an existing church relationship—not marketing lists or cold outreach.
